On the ground floor is the restaurant Medinis, promising a top Italian cuisine. The seaside resort of Heiligendamm offers also the hotel restaurants Kurhaus Restaurant, Baltic Sushi Bar, Nelson Bar and the gourmet restaurant Friedrich Franz. The Jagdhaus Heiligendamm, idyllically situated in the forest, offers a very high standard of cuisine. The Herzoglicher Wartesaal (Ducal Waiting Room) at the historic Molli Station, the KOSI and the Deck Restaurant in season are also worth a visit. In the surroundings you will find e.g. in Kühlungsborn, Bad Doberan, Rostock and Warnemünde a large variety of restaurants and cafes.

The Baltic Sea invites to water sports. For golfers, a visit to the golf course in Wittenbeck with a magnificent view to the Baltic Sea is recommended. On the gallop racecourse exciting events take place occasionally.
